We teach the children that ‘To give is to receive’ or, to put it another way, the more you put into something the more you get out. We nurture the whole child as they learn about themselves, the world around them and their place in it and we encourage them to strive for excellence in all that they do.
We are a preparatory school and so we prepare children for the next phase of their education. Our pupils do very well indeed in the 11+ Grammar School entrance tests and in the entrance tests to senior independent schools, many winning scholarships but perhaps more importantly, all our leavers settle very quickly and happily into their senior schools and flourish in their new surroundings.
