Pupils Perfected Their Skills At Their LAMDA Showcase

19 Nov

Our LAMDA Showcase on Monday 17 November, gave pupils in Years 3 and 4 the chance to perform their much practised and perfected LAMDA poems in readiness for their upcoming exams.

The children have been working hard in their Drama lessons, building confidence, developing character, learning how to project and how to use gestures, emphasis and emotion to enhance their performances. They all relished performing to an audience, rising to the occasion with aplomb and the watching parents were impressed by their children's ability and confidence.

Drama teacher, Mrs Woolfenden, was extremely proud of everyone and would like to thank them all, and their parents, for their hard work and dedication.

Public speaking is such a useful skill, so well done to everyone and good luck in your LAMDA exams!
