Princethorpe's Sixth Formers Helped Us Celebrate British Science Week

The College’s STEAM Ambassadors joined us to share insights into this year’s BSW theme 'Curiosity: what's your question?’ They demonstrated exciting, explosive experiments, including the 'whoosh bottle' that amazed and impressed us all.

After assembly, pupils in Years 4 and 5 took part in practical workshops led by the Sixth Formers, where they explored Oobleck, a non-Newtonian fluid that acts as both a liquid and a solid. 

Huge thanks to Princethorpe's Head of Physics, Dan Lee, and to Lower Sixth students, Daniel, Samuel, Keshav and Kathryn. They certainly put on a show!
