Four Crescent Girls Selected For District Football Team

Penny, Kiki, Charlotte and Beau earned their places in the Rugby Primary Schools' Football team after successful trials over half-term.

The Warwickshire Schools' team secretary emailed Head of PE and Games, Mrs McCollin, last week, to share the news, saying, "It's a testament to the great work you are doing that all the girls were impeccably behaved, engaged and worked extremely hard in all the activities; they are a credit to your school and we are excited to welcome them to the team."

It's fantastic to see them leading the way in female football in Rugby. Many congratulations to the girls and the very best of luck to them and their teammates as they represent their school and district in the coming season.
