La Chenille Qui Fait Des Trous

Over a number of weeks, the Reception children have been studying The Very Hungry Caterpillar in their French lessons.
They have learned to name the main elements of the story, from the caterpillar to the butterfly via the cocoon, and the food it eats, all in French. The children made their own miniature version of the book, drawing the pictures and sequencing the pages and were delighted to take them home to share with their parents.
