We seek to employ a first-class professional to support the Head and to lead the administrative team in our busy and thriving preparatory school. This is a full-time, all-year-round post, ideally starting week commencing 6 May 2024, or as soon as possible thereafter. An earlier start may also be possible by agreement.
The successful applicant will have a high level of written and oral communication skills together with excellent organisational and IT ability. They will also be able to manage a high-volume workload in a dynamic, busy and friendly environment. Enthusiasm, flexibility, initiative, discretion and a sense of humour are amongst the key qualities we require. Experience of working in a school or a customer-facing environment would be strong recommendations.
The postholder will provide PA support to the Head to assist in the smooth running of the school and lead and manage our administrative staff, including our Receptionists, School Secretarial Staff and Registrar. They will be attuned to the ethos of our caring Christian school family which is a key part of the Princethorpe Foundation.

Salary is between £27,000 and £32,000 (FTE) per annum by negotiation, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
